Williams Company Awarded Lake Sybelia Elementary School
10/22/09Williams Company Building Division, Inc. has been awarded the $7.5 million construction management contract for Lake Sybelia Elementary School in Maitland, FL. This comprehensive renovation project includes a 25,000 SF addition, new front entrance, and complete renovation of the existing 40-year old building. The 20-month schedule will be completed in several phases to keep the students from having to vacate the campus during the renovations.
