Williams Company Finishes IKEA Tampa

Williams Company, with offices in Orlando and Tampa, is excited to announce the completion and subsequent opening of the newest IKEA store located in Tampa, FL. This is Williams Company's 2nd IKEA store, the first opened in Orlando in 2007.
Williams Company started on their second IKEA store in June of 2008 and finished in 11 months. Slightly larger than the Orlando IKEA Williams Company completed in 2007, the 350,000 SF retail store consists of over 150,000 SF of retail space, over 120,000 SF of warehouse space, a 300-seat restaurant with full-service kitchen, a 40-seat café and Swedish market, children’s play area, and a 1600-space parking lot on a 27-acre site.
Williams Company was founded in 1920 by J.J. Williams. Three generations later Williams Company provides Construction Management/General Contracting services in the retail, industrial, and educational fields.
