Project Description:
Cheney Elementary utilized the Reynolds, Smith & Hill prototypical design for another Orange County Public School Project. The new school was built on the existing site and was the first project Williams Company completed under the new State of Florida Jessica Lundsford Act regulations, which required all workers to have complete background checks and criminal history evaluated prior to working on site.
