The 4-story Upper School is a 60,000 square foot facility in the Historic section of downtown Orlando. The Administration, Science and Math Buildings were constructed in the middle of the existing campus during the school year. The exterior facade incorporates brick, colonial-style windows, standing seam metal roof, decorative columns and includes unique features such as a domed rotunda, a roof top pergola, and an ornamental cupola. The interior features computer, biology, chemistry, and physics lab’s. The lower school project was the construction of a new school classroom building, which includes classrooms, offices, library, music room and science lab's. The two- story building has a brick exterior standing seam metal roof.
