Project Description:
Williams Company helped The Wilder Companies achieve it’s vision of a complex mixed use specialty retail/office project in South Orlando. The project consists of a 90,000 square foot stepped three story main building on a compact sloping twelve acre site. The project also includes a three level cast in place concrete parking garage with 230 spaces. Williams Company teamed with the owner early in the project providing valuable preconstruction services which has maximized project efficiency and value during a turbulent construction market. The project houses numerous specialty themed restaurants and shops in addition to upscale offices.
