Project Description:
Williams Company’s completion of the Robb and Stucky furniture store gave the luxury retailer a new presence adjacent to the equally high-end Millenia Mall complex. The 33,000 square foot, two building development features natural Travertine marble cladding, clerestory atrium, intricate ceilings, multiple floor finishes and upscale millwork. This negotiated agreement included an extensive preconstruction effort up front to insure the project’s economical and aesthetic success.
