Project Description:
This design/build project consists of a 300,000 square foot warehouse facility, including 175,000 square feet of refrigerated storage & 36,000 square feet of 36 degree cold storage. There is also a 26,700 square foot corporate office building, including high-speed fiber optic voice & data cabling connecting the office building and distribution facility and full audio/visual conferencing capabilities with satellite hookup.
