These three buildings are located in the Interchange Center business park in Riverview, FL near the I-4 and I-75 intersection. One building (130,000 SF) is a dock-high flex building. Two of the buildings (60,000 SF) are on-grade flex buildings. All three buildings consist of tilt-up concrete wall panels and conventional structural steel framing.
