Project Description:
Williams Company completed this 22,000 SF, 2-story Corporate Headquarters for the magazine publishing company, Turnstile. The building has a structural steel frame on spread concrete footings with engineered cold rolled steel exterior walls and trusses. The roof system is a modified bitumen base sheet with concrete roof tiles. Williams Company constructed the exterior walls to utilize E.I.F.S. with many pleasing architectural features. The mansard roof helps to hide the roof top package HVAC units from view. The interior finishes compliment the attention to detail seen on the exterior, utilizing extensive custom woodwork, marble floors and an appealing grand staircase in the lobby. The landscaping was created to reflect the renaissance Italian villa theme.
