Project Description:
This project included a 65,000 SF resort services building and a 26,640 SF Human Resources Building. Williams Company constructed the three-story office building for the Resorts Services department. The roof framing consists of steel beams and bar joists. The exterior curtain wall utilizes light gauge steel stud framing and a multicolored EIFS application. The interior architecture of the building begins with a striking modernistic atrium area that contains a monumental circular stair, elevator, employee cafe', and the building's public service area.
