This 204,000 SF operations center completed by Williams Company, consists of tilt-wall construction with metal bar joists and deck. The overall dimensions of the building are 948' long, 240' in widge and 28' in height. Tilt-up panel dimensions are typically 13'4" wide, 28' high and 7 1/2" thick so this was quite a challenge for Williams Company, who self-performed the tilt-wall construction.
With an office type atmosphere, much of the areas are carpet and tile with acoustical ceilings, augmented with indirect lighting and systems furniture. Williams Company constructed large training areas, a cafeteria, loading docks, and a money center replete with various stringent security measures and its own vault.
