Project Description:
Serving the health needs of the Central Florida community, this 22,000 square foot, 2-story dialysis center has a unique contemporary design. It boasts an attractive exterior mix of glass, brick and stucco in a unique angular layout. Complimenting the exterior is an interior with very attractive, spacious waiting areas along with a very functional treatment area layout. Themed pediatric treatment rooms include cabinetry that resembles castles, colorful flooring, suspended “clouds” and lighting that forms a star-studded sky. Adding to the patient’s comfort is a very appealing glass enclosed courtyard featuring a small pond and waterfall, landscaping and a footbridge.
