Project Description:
This project, located on the 4th floor of the Lawrence Center in Winter Park, FL, included the complete demolition of all interior work down to the building shell including all MEP systems. After some minor structural repairs and the complete resurfacing of the concrete floor, Williams Company completed the interior build-out of the office space. The build-out included the construction of all new interior partitions to form offices, meeting rooms and working spaces. Williams Company conquered several challenges including very low ceilings and bringing several items up to code for life safety. The finished product included unique finishes including natural cork flooring, custom light-fixtures, a variety of wall-paint colors and exposed ceilings and ductwork.
